Screens/-{LanguageSelection.py, NetworkSetup.py, RdsDisplay.py, VirtualKeyBoard.py}: - use SCOPE_CURRENT_SKIN for LoadPixmap.
- dynamically calc the icon width inside VirtualKeyboard based on the provided icon.
