remove non working wrapper class to add a (unneeded) .get() call to
eConsoleAppContainers.. so now all external plugins must remove this .get()
calls...
example:
cont = eConsoleAppContainer()
cont.appClosed.append(cb_func) # old was
cont.appClosed.get().append(cb_func)
